I have not forgotten you!!!

Please forgive me for not blogging for some time now. It has been an extremely busy summer! We spent 10 days in Belize and 10 days in Jamaica. As soon as I can get everyone to down load their pics to my camera I will get them on. Caleb started school today, so hopefully I will get them on soon!

Heidi- Busy Girl!

Heidi is busy as usual! She spent a week at Children's camp being a Director, then a week at Youth Camp. She is still watching kids during a few weekly bible studies at church and busy busy doing things with her Youth Group. She is such an amazing girl, and we are so proud of her! She is mature BEYOND her years and such a heart for God! I look forward to seeing her in action in Belize. This will be the first time Caleb and I have joined her and Roger for this trip.

Forgot!!!

I forgot to tell you! Kenny introduced Caleb to Vanessa Hudgens. She shook his hand and they talked for a while. He was on cloud 9!!! He said he would never wash his hand!

Belize! Here we come!

Another Amazing Day on the set!!

Caleb wasn't working anymore on the HSM3 set but wanted to "hang out," he missed being there. So we went and he got to spend a lot of time with Kenny Ortega and talked a lot. He introduced us to the choreographer for all the HSM movies and wants to get Caleb started in dance lessons. So, I meet with someone in Orem (1.5 hrs away; with no traffic problems) to schedule him for Ballroom dance, the Hip Hop will start in August. This is all sooooooooooo exciting! Caleb has been such a trooper and is open for anything; dance lessons, voice lessons, acting lessons etc,.....

Bitter Sweet!

Last night was Caleb's last day of filming for High School Musical 3. He was so sad to see his time there end! The Director, Kenny Ortega, has been so nice and gracious to Caleb! He has made sure Caleb is in quite few scenes (one, he's dancing!) you've got to go see it in the Theater (Oct 24, 08) when it comes out. Caleb wanted to say good-bye to Kenny before he left last night and let him know it was his last night. He told him to go get me, that he wanted to talk to me. He gave me his email address and said to keep in touch. He is taking Caleb's pictures to the Casting Director for Disney and is going to tell her how much he likes Caleb and thinks she should use him in some Disney stuff. Caleb is so stoked! and ready to be, Mr. Hollywod!" Kenny introduced Caleb to Zac Efron not knowing they had already met and talked (during the locker room scene) and Zac signed Caleb's yearbook from school.

This has been AN AMAZING experience!

My test results came back negative!!! Thank you to anyone that prayed!

Mr. Hollywood!

Caleb is back at work on the High School Musical set. He is scheduled to be there Sat., Sun., Tues., Wed., and Thurs. We have a possible agent lined up and excited to see where God takes this! I will keep you posted. I wish I could post pictures, but they are not allowed.

Prayer Warriors Needed!

I would really appreciate everyone's prayers!

In a recent mammogram, something was found. The Dr's rate these things from 1 - 5; 5 being most likely cancer. Mine is rated a 4.

I go for a biopsy June 3rd will results on the 6th.

I know I serve an awesome God who can take care of me and believe this to be nothing!

Caleb had an AMAZING day being an extra on HSM3 Tuesday!! It amazes me to see how God had everything work out the way he did. Caleb was flying out to VA Tuesday, but when we learned he had an opportunity to be 1 of 15 extras; we couldn't pass. It was a locker room scene with about 14 big jocks and Caleb! He was called to the set twice and told he was too short. He really wanted me to take him home because we had been there 9.5 hrs and they had not used him yet. He stuck it out and was finally called in. The Director fell in love with him, told the Casting people to make sure he gets an Agent and wants him to "read" for a part in HSM4.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said he has the "Perfect Disney Face." So, all that waiting did pay off and we are so excited to see what God has in store for Caleb.

We went REAL FAST from being Roger and Janene to "Caleb's Parent's," but that's ok, maybe one day he can support us!

What a weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long long hours!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday we arrived at 10:00 AM and quickly went to work, standing and sitting on wooden bleachers, screaming, jumping, clapping for 13, yes 13 HOURS!!! They needed additional Extras so I got recruited and became a screaming fan too. Both of us was on the second row of the bleachers right behind the famous "Wild Cats."

Our first break (5 minutes) was at 4PM, Dinner at 6:30 (long time since breakfast) then we left at 1:00 AM!! They were still filming when we left and we were told they finished at 2AM.

Sunday we didn't have to get there until 12:00. They were doing smaller shots and did not need the majority of the Extras until they finished, so we sat in the auditorium (without A/C) until 6PM!! We were so tired we sneaked out while they were moving Extras around at 10:30. Poor Caleb went to school like a walking zombie this morning.

Caleb is filming tomorrow all day in a car wash scene. They told us to prepare for a long day. (Like Sat. and Sun. weren't long???!!!)

But even though he was tired and worn out, he had the time of his life !!

We are SOOOOOOOOOO Excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Caleb got a phone call today and was asked to be an "extra" in the movie, "High School Musical 3" being filmed in Salt Lake City. He films May 14, 17 and 18. He was at school when they called, so Heidi went to his school and decorated his locker with a bunch of High School Musical stuff and a note saying he was the newest cast member. He thought it was a joke. He is not allowed to take a camera with him, so I guess I will not be able to post any pictures:( We will let you know how it goes!

Deck

Well, our deck that was supposed to take 3 days is going past 3 WEEKS! But, it is looking nice and we are LOVING the hot tub! Hopefully by this week end it will be finished and I will post a final picture.

We have always wanted a hot tub, but never lived anywhere long enough to have one. (maybe that's a sign grass WILL grow under Roger's feet here!!!!
